New Year's Resolutions for a Healthier You

As we begin 2023, it's a great time to start fresh and think about your health goals for the new year. Your care team is here to help you form healthy habits and feel your best. Here are some considerations for setting and maintaining your New Year's resolutions.

Start Small

Even small goals have a big impact. Start by setting smaller goals that focus on what's important to you. A 30-day health pledge (about the time it takes to form a habit) is a great way to start off the new year off on a healthy note. 

Create a Lifestyle

The day-to-day choices you make can influence whether you maintain your health, develop illnesses or any other disabling conditions. The choices you make each day can help keep chronic illnesses under control or reduce your risk of getting sick. 

Follow Up with Your Care Team

Visiting your care team regularly is a great way to stay on top of your health. It's important to have regular visits for preventative health screening, annual check ups and more. Also, if you need a little help setting and achieving your health goals, you can schedule an appointment with your provider.
