  • MD from Emory University School of Medicine and MPH from Rollins School of Public Health
  • Previously worked at Houston Michael E. DeBakey VA Medical Center teaching team-based primary care for Baylor College of Medicine
  • Completed residency at Tulane University
  • Board certified in Internal Medicine and Fellow of the American College of Physicians
  • National leadership positions with American Medical Association and American College of Physicians (ACP)
  • Winner of ACP's Walter J. MacDonald Early Career Physicians Award and Director of Academic Relations for Houston Senior Health practices
