Your client may call us at 800-482-4672 and our team will help answer questions and schedule their first appointment.

What types of information and/or resources can you provide brokers?

We are committed to our broker partnerships and our Broker Support Team is ready to help you! The Iora Broker Support Team is comprised of multiple team members, available Monday-Friday from 8am-8pm EST to answer your calls and emails. You can contact them at 800-482-4672 or [email protected]. They are your immediate point of contact for your concerns, client issues, and partnership requests. Additionally, they can help onboard your client, schedule their first appointment and coordinate transportation if needed.

Do you only accept adults 65+ at Iora with One Medical?

Our practices are exclusive to serving Medicare-eligible individuals 65 and older. Knowing that seniors have health needs that are unique to their age group, we’ve built a team and space to meet them. We have geriatrician-led teams, team members who are passionate about caring for aging adults, and are experts on the health issues of seniors.

Which plans do you accept?

We accept traditional medicare with or without most supplement plans at all of our practices. Our Medicare Advantage plans vary by state. Please see below which plans we accept in your state:

- Phoenix – Medicare Advantage plans from Aetna, Alignment Healthcare, Amerigroup, BlueCross BlueShield Arizona, Cigna, Devoted Health, Humana and Wellcare.
- Tucson – Medicare Advantage plans from Aetna, Alignment Healthcare, Amerigroup, Cigna, Humana and Wellcare.
- Colorado – Medicare Advantage plans from Aetna, Cigna, Humana and UnitedHealthcare.
- Georgia – Medicare Advantage plans from Aetna, Anthem, Cigna, Humana, UnitedHealthcare and Wellcare.
- Hyannis, Massachusetts – Tufts Medicare Preferred HMO, Tufts Health Plan Senior Care Options (HMO-SNP) plans, and Medicare Advantage plans from BCBS and UnitedHealthcare.
- North Carolina – Medicare Advantage plans from Aetna, Blue Cross NC, Cigna, Humana, UnitedHealthcare, and Wellcare.
- Texas – Medicare Advantage plans from Aetna, Amerigroup, Cigna, Devoted Health, Humana, and Wellcare.
- Washington – Medicare Advantage plans from Aetna, Humana, UnitedHealthcare and Wellcare.

Which Medicare supplement plans do you accept?

We accept Supplement Plans A – N at all practices. To find out if we can accept another supplement that your client may have, call the Broker Support Team at 800-482-4672.

Do you have specialists or imaging in the office?

We have an onsite lab at each practice and a behavioral health specialist available to patients as needed. We do not do imaging or have additional specialists in our offices. We refer our patients to their preferred providers, or have recommended providers that we work closely with if our patients don’t already have one.

Which hospitals can you admit to/do you work with?

We help our patients navigate the healthcare system and work with specialists/hospitals that provide them with exceptional care. Therefore, while we will work with everyone who is in-network with a patient’s insurance plan, we prefer to work with specialists/hospitals that are open to working collaboratively with us for the benefit of our patients.
