Healthy Sleep 101

This is a two-part class focused on understanding sleep, and improving sleep hygiene and behaviors that impact sleep using evidence-based methods. Participants would benefit from joining both a first and a third Tuesday to learn all material, but these do not need to be within the same month. The first Tuesday focuses on the basics of sleep and building a healthy sleep plan. The third Tuesday builds on part one’s lesson and focuses on sleep-interfering thoughts and beliefs.
