During this gentle class, we will be sitting in a chair, as we stretch our body, strengthen our muscles and improve our balance. 2-5 pound weights, an exercise band and a small ball are recommended, but optional. About the instructor: Rozanne Workman is a Certified Silver Sneakers Instructor and Certified Nutritional Health Coach.
