“This is a 10 week class focused on the adoption of healthy behaviors associated with decreased risk for chronic disease and premature mortality. Each week focuses on a different topic related to health behavior.

  • Week 1: Stress and Anxiety
  • Week 2: Chronic Pain
  • Week 3: Mood
  • Week 4: Sleep
  • Week 5: Healthy Eating
  • Week 6: Medication Adherence
  • Week 7: Sleep
  • Week 8: Smoking Cessation
  • Week 9: Alcohol Use
  • Week 10: Social Connection

The course will be interactive with optional assignments to work on between classes. Participants may join one or all ten classes.”
