“This is a 10 week class focused on the adoption of healthy behaviors associated with decreased risk for chronic disease and premature mortality. Each week focuses on a different topic related to health behavior.
- Week 1: Stress and Anxiety
- Week 2: Chronic Pain
- Week 3: Mood
- Week 4: Sleep
- Week 5: Healthy Eating
- Week 6: Medication Adherence
- Week 7: Sleep
- Week 8: Smoking Cessation
- Week 9: Alcohol Use
- Week 10: Social Connection
The course will be interactive with optional assignments to work on between classes. Participants may join one or all ten classes.”
