With your safety as our top priority, we provide flexibility in the way we care for you, using video, phone and in-person care when necessary. Regardless of how we “see you”, remember we are always available to you through Chirp, our patient portal, along with 24/7 phone access to a care team member for urgent needs.
Iora’s patient portal (“Chirp”) is how you can communicate with your care team, schedule appointments and access your record conveniently when you want. Chirp gives you the freedom to manage many aspects of your care without having to call or schedule an appointment, saving you time and worry. You can text or email non-urgent questions or requests directly to your care team, such as prescription refills, and follow up information.
To log in or to activate your Chirp account for the first time, select your practice/region from the drop-down menu.
Preparing for Your Visit
Our goal at Iora Primary Care is to provide you with great care while minimizing your risk of exposure to COVID-19 and other viruses. We offer maximum flexibility for patients through the ability to treat you using video, phone or in-person when necessary. While seeing you virtually saves time and provides the quality care you deserve, we’ll work with you to decide if you need to be seen in-person, safely following COVID-19 guidelines.
